- Podcasts, blogs, and video/audio content
- 1337 Central and AI interaction zones
- All membership tiers, subscriptions, and AI therapy/coaching tools
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and the AI Interaction Consent included below. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to access our platform. If you’re accessing mental health tools (e.g., Miracle AI), you must not be in crisis and must not rely solely on the AI for urgent or life-threatening situations.
2. Membership Structure
You may access content and tools through the following membership tiers:

3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws while using the Services
- Abuse, reverse engineer, or manipulate the AI agents
- Harass or harm others in the community or during AI interactions
- Attempt to use the AI to provide illegal or unsafe advice
We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts at our sole discretion.
4. AI Interaction Consent Agreement
(This section is legally binding as part of the Terms)
1337 Studio offers access to conversational AI agents, including:
- Veritas AI — Journalistic interviews
- Miracle AI — Therapy-style conversation and addiction sponsorship
- Myelin AI — Life coaching and deep practice training
- Mother AI — Emotional and philosophical support
- Additional agents as added over time
By using these services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
You Understand:
- AI agents are not human — They simulate conversation based on advanced language models.
- AI therapy and coaching is not medical advice — Miracle AI is not a licensed psychologist. It provides supportive, educational dialogue only.
- You are responsible for your own decisions — You agree not to act solely on AI advice in matters involving health, safety, finances, or legal rights.
- AI sessions may be logged and monitored — For performance, improvement, and safety. Sensitive logs are encrypted and kept private.
- You can withdraw your consent — You may stop interacting with AI agents at any time or request deletion of your session logs.
- You will not hold 1337 Studio Inc. liable — You accept all risks associated with voluntary use of AI conversations.
5. Intellectual Property
All original content (podcasts, prompts, training, blogs, video assets, and AI personalities) is owned by 1337 Studio Inc.. Users may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or scrape our content or code
- Use AI agents or outputs to train external models
- Clone, replicate, or rebrand our AI agents or voices
User-generated content remains yours, but by posting it, you grant 1337 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it as part of our platform.
6. Community & Platform Behavior
You agree to:
- Be respectful and constructive in all community areas
- Refrain from uploading hate speech, nudity, or violent content
- Avoid AI prompt injection or manipulation tactics
We reserve the right to moderate or delete content at our discretion.
7. Payments, Billing & Refunds
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your dashboard
- Refunds are generally not provided except for billing errors
- You’re responsible for maintaining accurate payment methods

8. AI Limitations & Disclaimer
AI agents are trained to provide supportive, educational, and philosophical guidance, but they:
- May generate inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate responses
- Are not legally or medically certified
- Should never be used during a personal emergency, psychological crisis, or medical need

9. Data, Privacy & Rights
Use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points:
- Data is encrypted and never sold
- Sensitive logs (e.g., therapy sessions) are protected and excluded from third-party marketing

GDPR, CCPA, and international data rights are respected in full compliance.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you:

- Abuse the AI or community
- Violate laws or endanger others
